A trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains, took us to Beech Mountain to visit friends. We were blessed to enjoy an absolutely gorgeous sunset as the sun slid behind the mountain vista. This original mixed media and oil painting was inspired by one of the photos I captured during the event.
